This depends on the nature of the repair. All repairs will be diagnosed within 24 hours. Depending then on the repair or service required and parts availability it can take up to a week to complete. Most jobs are done the same day or by the next day of receiving the device.
All repairs and services are done at am up front fixed price, for example if your laptop screen needs replacing I will give you a total price for the work before starting. In the event that an unforeseen cost comes up you will be told first before any additional work is done. You won’t have any nasty surprises and you know exactly what your repair will cost before it’s completed.

I will always take great care in looking after your data. Any data that is stored during the repair is held in strict confidence and destroyed when the job is complete. Any customer data that is stored is always stored password protected and in encrypted format. I always advise if possible for you take a backup of any data on your computer prior to any work being undertaken. I can discuss any backup options with you if needed.

Yes data can be recovered from both hard drives and damaged phones. All data will be transferred to a USB memory stick or DVD.
